Q: What is the lowest setting of the top oven? Can it be used as a warmer?
A: I don't believe 170° is correct. If I select "keep warm" it automatically sets temperature to 170°, but I can manually set it as low as 150°. That is in either the upper or lower oven. I routinely use 155° for plate warming. There is also a "bread proof" setting on the lower oven which holds at a temperature somewhere less than 100°, but I've never used a thermometer to check the actual temperature.
Q: Can you use both ovens at the same time, set to different temps?

A: Hi there, Based on your unit's Installation Instructions, we are finding that you should only be using a 3 conductor or 4 conductor UL-listed range cord. Exactly what I was looking for!
I absolutely LOVE this oven. Downsizing from a big family home to a quaint beach house, I wanted to get something that gave me the features of my prior larger kitchen but in this small space. Boom, this 30" Cafe double oven is perfect!! And the bonus to this oven is the no-preheat air fryer. Would highly recommend this beautiful appliance.

Café double oven
This is a great oven! It only takes 5 minutes for preheat the top to 350 degrees. The air fry feature is also great. We opted for the bronze handles and love the look. The only negatives are 1) the lighting is very poor and it forces me to open the oven and lose heat to view baking item 2) there is only 1 timer when there are two ovens.
