“One of the pictures shows the range with a "lip" going over the adjacent counter top. What needs to be purchased with the range to have this lip over ALL sides if installing in a peninsula or island? Is this attached to the range or just the counter?”

Hi WittyShihTzu- Thanks for choosing our restaurant-inspired GE Café™ Series! Optional Slide-in Range Filler Kit JXFILLR1SS (Stainless Steel) attaches to the countertop (sold separately). After JXFILLR1SS is installed, the range can still be pulled out if needed (for cleaning, service, etc.) since the trim is attached to the countertop, not the range. If your range is to be installed in an island configuration, left, right, and rear trim pieces are recommended (Mounts with 3M Adhesive- Durable-heat and grease resistant).
