“Is there a maximum temperature difference that has to be set between the top and the bottom oven? I ask because there is another mfg. that has a maximum temperature difference of 75 degrees between the top and bottom if they are used at the same time.”

Hi there - Great question! Our double ovens are designed to allow you to cook different dishes at different temperatures simultaneously. This model doesn't have a limit requiring the upper and lower ovens to be within a certain temperature range of each other. Thanks so much for checking and for considering Café! -Mikayla@Cafe
