Gosh, I’m sorry your door isn’t closing fully. I have no issues whatsoever with mine. Mine is literally perfect and I use it every day. I would call because I think you have a defective product.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The seal around the door is not tight by design. It is normal for steam to come out of the door and condensation can build up depending on the amount of moisture in the food. It is recommended to wipe down the unit when needed. It is also normal for the heating elements of the oven to turn on and off intermittently to maintain the set oven temperature. If the seal around the door is "very loose", we recommend consulting page 20 of the Owner’s Manual for warranty exchange information.
