“I just bought this coffee maker and it immediately has a slow but persistent leak from the water reservoir. Is there a missing seal possibly or any other idea. The coffee it’s producing is wonderful but I have to keep a towel on the base to collect water.”

Make sure the water tank is placed all the way down. Push the tank down to ensure it's fully seated. If the leak continues, we encourage you to contact the store regarding an exchange if available or call 1-800-430-1757 for assistance.
