Q: QuestionHello. Does this oven have separate timers for the upper and lower ovens? Also, are there separate temperature controls for the upper and lower ovens?

Q: QuestionWhat is the warranty on these ovens? Is there a Keep Warm option - how low can the oven be set at? Does delivery and installation include taking out the old oven?

• A:Answer Hi caneva52, thanks for reaching out! This appliances comes with a one year factory warranty that begins at the date of original purchase. - This model does have a WARM feature. Warm mode is designed to keep hot foods at a higher temperature for up to 3 hours. To use this mode, select More from the main menu, then Warm, then press Start. Preheating is not required. Do not use warm to heat cold food other than crisping crackers, chips, or dry cereal. It is also recommended that food not be kept warm for more than 2 hours. - All of our ranges and wall ovens have a temperature range of 170-550 degrees F. Q: QuestionDoes the oven have an option for high heat self cleaning, or only steam cleaning? Also, does it have the extension racks on the shelves like the monogram does? How many extension rack in each oven? Can additional ones be ordered as an accessory?

• A:Answer There are both self clean and steam clean options. I have not used either yet. Each oven has one regular and one extendable roller shelf. It appears that you could add more roller shelves if you purchased them because they are removable and can be changed to another level. I've had my oven for 7 months, and have been very happy with it. The screen is actually fun to view because it keeps changing with the seasons.

• A:Answer Joe, They do have an air fry mode and can say it works quite well. There are actually two screens worth of mode options to run. From there, they break things down even further to ask what are you exactly cooking. See attached screen shots for more info. Hope this helps.

• A:Answer Hi there - that’s a great question. When you're planning the cut-out for a Cafe wall oven, there are 3 primary dimensions to consider. The overall dimensions are the physical height, width, and depth of the wall oven. The cut-out dimensions are the space (cut-out) in the cabinet where the oven will fit. The overlap dimensions are the required space around the cut-out which consists of the oven trim overlap plus a small amount of clearance. Because the "Overlap" is not just the physical overlap of the oven trim, the oven cut-out plus overlap will be larger than the overall oven dimensions. You will need to use the recommended overlap dimensions rather than the physical overlap when planning your cabinets. Q: QuestionThe power source. is it hardwired or is there a plug. if a plug is needed what plug. My existing Double oven was hard wired so there was no plug outlet.

Q: QuestionThis will replace a Kitchenaid double wall oven that measures 51 inches including the trim. There may be another 1/2 inch available in the space between the upper cabinet and the lower drawer. Will the Cafe double oven fit in that space?

Additionally, as a built-in product, this double oven is designed to be hard-wired directly to your junction box. The handles on the this beautiful oven are brushed stainless.
