Hi AP - Thanks for reaching out to us. If connected to WiFi, check the Kitchen - GE Appliances app to see if any updates are available. Install updates if available, then attempt to dispense hot water. The fault might also clear if the electronics are reset. Unplug the refrigerator, or turn the breaker off, for 1 minute, then restore power, then attempt to dispense hot water.
