Q: QuestionDoes this have an exhaust fan under it so I can put it above the stove?

• A:Answer This model doesn't have an exhaust fan underneath it. It is designed to be built into a 30" wide oven cabinet. The oven must be securely installed in a cabinet that is firmly attached to the house structure. It can't be placed above a range. We encourage you to review the installation instructions for complete details on installation.

Q: QuestionIs the stainless steel at the top of the oven (where the touchscreen is located) the same material as the trim that's at the bottom trim? From the picture, it looks grainy and not smooth like the trim. Also is it fingerprint resistant?

• A:Answer This unit actually has a Platinum Glass finish at the top of the oven and on the bottom trim. The stainless look with glass also complements Stainless Steel finishes for those who like to mix and match with other stainless appliances.This oven is not fingerprint resistant.

Q: QuestionDo I need to install the bottom trim piece? If I choose not to, will it have any effect on this oven/microwave's proper operation?

It is very important to install the trim as designed to ensure the Oven will function properly. We cannot recommend altering, redesigning, or modifying an appliance, part, or accessory. Our products are designed, tested, and manufactured to specific specifications. On new products, we offer a warranty based on these specifications, so any modification may void this warranty. Also, we do not recommend any change or removal of parts that may affect the performance of that product. For example, if the legs on a microwave or refrigerator were removed, it could impede the air flow under the product and result in poor performance and/or product failure. Q: QuestionThe user guide says that a fan might run after cooking is completed, to cool down the oven. How noisy is the fan? I currently have a double oven that runs a very annoying, noisy fan for about 20 minutes after cooking has completed and the oven is off.

Q: QuestionHello, page 8 of the installation manual states this oven can be installed under a gas or electric cooktop. Does that eliminate an induction cooktop, or was it just omitted? Specifically Model #: CHP95362MSS. Thank you.

Q: QuestionCan this plug into regular plugs and not 220?

We found that this model requires a 120-volt, 60 Hz, 15-amp circuit. If you have a standard 2-Prong outlet, you will need to have this replaced with a grounded 3-prong outlet. More electrical info can be found on Page 4 of the Installation guide.
