A:Answer I have spent a truly ridiculous amount of time and effort trying to get the very simple change made by Best Buy--who tell me there is no way they can change an order not projected for fulfillment until January! Apparently, Best Buy does not read or respond to questions posed here but leaves that the manufacturer/vendor. Needless to say, I'm basically "negatively impressed" with the total non responsiveness on their part and will seriously reconsider (as in avoid) future transaction there. But, since the vendor has been responsive, let me ask this: Upon delivery, can I return the bronze knobs to Cafe for exchange with copper ones or, alternatively (and probably better so that I can use the cooktop in the interim), can I separately purchase the copper knobs and return the bronze upon delivery?
