• A:Answer Hi there and thank you for your interest in this wonderful toaster oven. This unit must be used on a heat resistant surface and cannot be operated under wall cabinets. The external dimensions are 18.6" W x 14.0" H x 17.0" D while the internal dimensions are 13.1" W x 5.0" H x 12.4" L. As for the materials, the inside is stainless steel, and the accessories are as follows: Heavy-Duty Wire Rack - steel with nickel plating, baking tray and 12" pizza pan - porcelain enamel, air fry/dehydrate basket – steel with nickel plating, crumb tray - aluminum-coated steel. Q: QuestionShould I be using the black tray under the air fry basket to catch any drippings? I didn’t see anything about it in the instructions but noticed some black burn spots on the heat bulbs at the bottom - is this to be expected?

You can place the baking tray under the air fry basket to catch any drippings. If you don't, the drippings on the heat bulbs is to be expected and will not cause an issue with the unit. • A:Answer Hi there - we appreciate your interest in this stunning Café Couture Oven! We can confirm that this model can fit a 12" pizza, a 9" x 13" pan with no handles, or 6 slices of toast. The cavity dimensions are as follows: 13.1" Width x 5.0" Height x 12.4" Length. For baking in a bundt pan, per our product team, we recommend at least 1” of clearance between the top of what you’re baking and the top elements. • A:Answer Hello there, thank you for reaching out. Every setting besides the Bagel, Toast, and Broil settings allow you to adjust the temperature in 5 degree increments. The bagel and toast settings allow you to adjust the shade level of the toasting, while the broil has both high and low temperature settings. While you would not be able to set it at 386 degrees F exactly, you would be able to set to 385 or 390. We hope this clears things up for you! -Eliot@Cafe
