Due to the space restrictions in the K-Cup pack, a combination of natural sugar and artificial sweetener must be used. This does result in a lower-calorie product. Café Escapes have less than ½ the calories of comparable powdered mix products. All Café Escapes varieties are currently 70 Calories or less! The nutritional info on the sleeve/box includes the ingredients. These products do contain some artificial flavors and preservatives, similar to most other milk-based powders.
