From what I was able to find out, if you buy a physical copy of Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War on PS4, you can upgrade the game to a PS5 digital version through the PlayStation Store for $10. You will have to play it with the physical PS4 disk in the PS5. This means it will not work if you get the PS5 digital edition (without the disk drive). If you are going all digital, the cross-gen bundle costs $70 and it comes with both PS4 and PS5 digital copies.
