• Yes, PS+ Required to even download the Campaign (single player), PS+ is listed on the back of package as required. (There are install videos on YouTube showing this also,) Requiring PS+ to even download the single player Campaign is why I did not buy this, (You have to download over 100GB to play this, as the disc has only a fraction of the game content,)

• No, the single player campaign will not require internet or PS+. To get the full experience out of the game, however, it is recommended that you try the multiplayer modes.
