The wrap size is 27.5 inches wide by 43.8 inches tall. I can't judge based on the individual's weight class.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm 5'5 220. It has a zipper on it and fits very snug on me if I use the zipper . It does work for the lower part of the body including the legs. Not sure if you have purchased it yet but I hope this does help with your decision.

It is something you are supposed to put your feet in with a tougher fabric at the feet end for the massaging of the feet. I really think it would be difficult to use with the challenges you mentioned. Again just my opinion.
