QuestionIs it common to hear a clicking noise while the fireplace is on? I’ve had this product for about a year and this didn’t happen last fall/winter. I’m not sure if it’s just because it hasn’t been turned on in a while.

- Answer No. Takes 2-3 hours to put together. Need a Philips and flathead screwdriver. It will come with 2 different size torque bits as well. Craftsmanship is horrible so be warned. Some pieces had missing holes for the lock screws like they forgot it and they try covering up scratches, dings, cracks, with black paint and puddy. Very noticeable.
