Yes, it has two microHDMI ports; I haven't hooked any of mine up to 4K displays, but per the Raspberry Pi specs it will support dual 4K monitors. I would be concerned about the memory and performance cost of trying to drive 2xQHD monitors in any heavy-duty application unless you are ready to go beyond the "out of box" Raspberry Pi OS and use a 64-bit OS (either the beta Raspberry Pi OS(64) or another xNIX variant).
