The ranges are approximately Low 0-4ft, Medium 0-16ft, and Long 0-28ft. Additionally you will want to place your device at such an angle where the intended target would come across the field of view of the devices 116° wide angle lens rather than walk directly towards the device. As soon as my door opens and a head pops through boom it starts recording.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Distances of 25 feet aren’t uncommon, but it is inconsistent beyond 30 feet. I have my camera tucked into a small pocket on an entertainment center which, I’m sure has an impact on sensor sensitivity.
