• I'm not sure what your question is about. The toner is not a printer nor a computer. It's just toner that goes into a printer. So no there is no need nor slot for an hdmi cord that I am aware of.

• hdmi cords aren't used with toner cartridges.... Did you mean with the Printer? The printer has USB and Ethernet ports and front facing USB thumb drive/memory stick quick download option. Canon printers are excellent quality with lightweight customer help though.

• I'm sorry I probably sounded stupid. I was actually talking about the computer I bought. We wanted to be able to use tv as a monitor instead of the one that came with it.

• This printer cartridge can only be used in a printer. The printer, at least the one I have, uses Ethernet, USB or a WiFi connection. There is no HDMI connector.
