If the cartridges are genuine Canon, it should say somewhere what the ink volume is. If the packaging is different, I would suspect it is not genuine Canon. Does you printer say if it is genuine Canon? Mine always says!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. Just install the ink cartridges and the printer will indicate the volume level of the ink. If your printer shows a low level of ink just return them and stick to a commercial brand name and not sub or off-market brands.
