Yes. Canon 251 ink cartridges are absolutely compatible with the Canon MG7520 printer. I've been using the 251 cartridges in my MG7520 for as long as i've been using it (at least 2 years) and every new cartridge has worked just fine, every color ink my MG7520 uses: black, gray, yellow, photo black, cyan blue, and magenta.

Yes. According to the printer website, MG7520 uses any 251 ink type.
