Scan them then edit them in Photoshop or some other software to "restore" them.

He recently purchased the Canon - 9000F Mark II Flatbed Scanner and has had much success, scanning his slides and film strips. There is a device included for scanning the slides and film strips, and there is a video on YouTube that walks your through the process...you will have to move forward on the video to find the portion for slide instructions, if you don't want to view the whole video. The slides, when scanned, show up in your Image Garden as a picture, and better looking than the actual picture on the slide.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We are using the Canon to do exactly what you are doing. Once the slides are digitized we have been "fixing" the images in Photo Shop. We are using the Canon scanner with Windows 10.
