QuestionI bought blue ink 281 said when I bought it for cannon printer 8520 it has 281 as # that my printer uses but this ink does not work in this printer, can you tell me why. What do I do with this ink that does not work? Thank you.

- Answer I'm not that familiar with your printer, but from a little research, I believe you should order Cyan. It appears - and I say appears as this is third party info, that canon may code them differently so that if your printer is not specified for that version, it won't work. QuestionI’ve purchased 2 Canon PIXMA 9120 printers in the last two months and cannot get either one to recognize the photo blue ink tank. Please help.

- Answer Have you checked to see if the photo ink cartridge is compatible with the printer or if it is original Canon ink cartridge
