“I’ve purchased 2 Canon PIXMA 9120 printers in the last two months and cannot get either one to recognize the photo blue ink tank. Please help.”

• Have you checked to see if the photo ink cartridge is compatible with the printer or if it is original Canon ink cartridge

• If you purchased them via BestBuy, I would bring them back for exchanges. The toners should be covered as well. That said, often times, the contacts between the cartridge and the printer can get dirty and thus cannot communicate with the internal operating system. You could take a q-tip and alcohol and clean off the contacts on the printer and see if that helps. The site below actually has some good tips on what steps you can take as well.
