“Does this come preloaded with starter cartridges? Also, when the low toner message comes up, can you still print without changing out the toner? [I only ask because I have heard that even with the messages, it still prints fine for hundreds more prints]”

My printer came with starter color cartridges and a full (normal size) black cartridge. Yes, you can print with a low toner warning.
