Yes. Just set it up with an IP address and install the drivers on each computer you want to use it. The driver installation program should automatically find the printer. If it doesn't just tell it the IP address to search for. I currently have 7 PCs/Laptops connected to it. Also install the scanner driver and utility on any computer you want to use for scanning. Only one computer can be scanning at a time. If for some reason the scanner gets locked to one of the computers you must power cycle the Canon to clear it. Please note you will need a shared folder location if you want other computers to access the scanned files. Yo can set this up in the Settings section of the Canon MF Scan Utility program. This is a great multi-function unit and I highly recommend it. Hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as all the computers are connected to a common router or modem, the printer should be accessible via the same network. Most likely need to run the printer driver program in each computer and set the printer as the default printer. I connect wireless from multiple items: laptops, desktop, iPads, and iPhones...easy to print from any of them. I have only the desktop connected to the printer with a usb cable only because they are close together. Good luck with your setup.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, this unit can be used on a network.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. You must first visit the manufacturer's website to download the driver on every computer. In the initial setup stages for this process, you will need to use the touch screen of the printer to connect it to the wireless network that all computers will have access to. Once that has been completed and the drivers installed on all computers, you will then be able to all print from different locations using that single printer. However, you must ensure that the computers are connected to the same exact wireless network as the printer.
