Under printing preferences select 1sided printing and apply or ok and exit out and it should do it

Please try again later.After you click on a "print" button, you should have a print screen appear that provides the basic options for number of copies. pages to print, and so on. Depending on the program, there may be additional options for printing on one side or both sides and sometimes an option to print in monochrome or color. It the options you want are not on the first screen, there should be a "more options" button near the bottom of the screen to click on to bring up the two sided vs one sided printing and color vs monochrome. There may be drop down menus to access the choices you want to use. IE click on "color" to get the drop down menu for the monochrome option. Note: If you use a "quick print" button such as found in Microsoft Word, you will not have the above options appear. Use "file" and then "print" to get to the option screens.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to go in to the Remote UI and go through the settings. Good Luck with the POC printer. This is what I mean, this is why you should return this printer.
