Depends on what you want to do with the images when you say "high quality". IF all you want to do is post images to the web then I would suggest going with either the Tamron or Sigma 150 to 600mm lens. If you want good prints and have the budget for it, then the Canon 100-400mm lens. It is better to spend the money on a high quality lens than getting a better camera.
