Would this lens be good for football games at night? null

First off, this is a great lens for the money. It has basically become my main lens. It will depend on where you are going to be shooting from; if you are in the stands, then I would recommend a larger lens. If you are on the sidelines and able to move up/down the field with the players, then you should be okay. It definitely would not allow you to shoot from one end zone to the other end zone.
