“I was told by an employee that those lense would fit my canon m50 and as I got it in the mail today it doesn’t. Is there an adapter to get or was I given the wrong information???!”

This lens is for the DSLR so you would need to get the mount adapter to use it with your mirrorless camera. I think it’s the eos m mount adapter.
