• My guess is it won't fit. The T3i mount is built for EF or EF-S lenses. The T3 looks to only be an EF-S mount.

• Yes it will fit. Correct me if I'm wrong, but the only difference between the T3i and the T3 is the T3i has the flip screen. I also own a T3i and this lens fits on both my T3i and my 80d that I just bought. Hope this helps.
