Yes this will fit the T6i. The lens is a full frame lens so it will work for a cropped sensor.

I’m not to sure I have a 6D as my prime and a 70D as my secondary and did not fit my 70D needs an adaptor for prime lenses. But this is a great lens light weight good zoom crisp photos.
