Can't talk about the 5d but the other I presume is a Rebel camera. The 80D is light years above the rebel. The 5D if I'm not mistaken is the next level up. The most notable differences for me were price, and capability. You should do a camera comparison, but I believe that the 80D has higher megapixels and does 7 fps continuously (depending on your storage card).

It uses the same 24 MP sensor as the 80D and even slightly resembles the 80D. The newer version of the T6s is labeled the 77D while its cheaper cousin is the T7i The 77D is a stand alone mid-range product whereas the T6s was part of the Rebel line. The T7i is still part of the Rebel line. The 80D is more robust. Where the T6s uses a single processor, the 80D uses two of the same processor. Both the T6s and 80D are "Cropped Frame or Cropped Sensor", but take excellent photographs using the same 24 MB sensor. Both the T6s and 80D can use EF and EF-S lenses. The 80D is on the lower end of Canon's mid-range line. The 5D is a professional model. It is called a "Full Frame" as the sensor is the same size as 35mm film cameras. As would be expected, it has all the bells and whistles and a price to match. It can only use EF lenses and the EF-L (professional lenses) are recommended. The 5D and EF-L lenses are weather and dust resistant, where as the T6s and 80D are not. The 5D and 80D viewfinders can be switched out for different styles, including grid patterns and manual focusing Between the 80D and 5D is the 6D. It too is a Full Frame but has fewer bells and whistles than the 5D. Any of these cameras will take a great picture. The differences are mostly in the creature comforts of helping to set up the shots and how well the auto focus works. The pros use the 5D because it is robust and can take more abuse than the less expensive cameras. When not working professionally, many pros will use an 80D or a Rebel due to the weight difference. Carrying around the weight of the 5D plus an EF-L lens can be tiring. The combo can be over 6 or 7 pounds. Using reasonable care, the T6s should last for at least 100,000 shots, the 80D should last for 250,000 shots and the 5D should last well over a million shots even though Canon will not post those numbers.
