I used that when taking action photos indoors of the athletes I coach. Had no problems and pictures were stunning!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It does, but with a caveat. When you look through the viewfinder, it lights up the focal points it is using. Some items will light black which are fine with their lighting and others with red to say low lighting. You can also choose multiple focal point modes based on what you are setting. Even better you can set only one focal point at a specific spot you see. I come a Rebel T5 and am really glad I made the switch.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. From what I have seen and read, the 45 cross-focus points will work very well in sports mode. I've only had my 80D for a few days, but have taken close to 1,000 images and a couple of videos too. The new 18-135mm lens is very quick to focus or refocus on any subject regardless of whether it's standing still or is moving based on my limited experience.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I think I am right in saying it uses the full mode unless you specifically change it to single point or area point focus.
