• I know it does have anti-flicker and I believe it has silent (but I havent used it so im not certain). You can purchase an EF to RF adapter and use lenses from you 5DM4 (or EF mount)

• Yes, anti flicker and silent shutter are an option. You will need to purchase the EF Mount adapter to use your EF glass. That cost me an additional 200 but was well worth it.
