It is sold by Jumbo Buys. It's hard to tell if the jumbo lies are from them or if it's Best Buy's mistake. Best Buy does assert that "We stand behind our Best Buy Marketplace Sellers and Products, and we’re committed to making sure you’re happy with every purchase." You might want to verify exactly what that committment entails. But I take it you're not in the market for an APS-C camera.
