“How is it for taking animal photos? specifically cats/pets. I am looking for an easy use camera that takes fast pictures of my cats.... Hopefully with no red eye.”

• I use it to take pictures of my dogs and it does well. I bought a 50mm lens and it does better than the included lenses.

• I have taken several pictures of my cat and got some great pictures of birds while on vacation. I really like the quality.
