“What is the estimated battery life from a single charge taking pictures only (no video)”

I'm not sure on the battery life because I charge the battery after I use it each time. But, I have taken hundreds of pictures in one day and the battery didn't run down. I love having a camera that the battery can be charged instead of using regular batteries that run down constantly and cost lots of money to replace!!
