• NO.... the AE1 lenses used a different mounting ring... I think they were classified as FD ... They defiantly will NOT fit any other newer Canon body. Back in the 80's there were a few aftermarket adaptors produced but the quality was not very good.

• Should. Cannon tends to let lenses transition to another cannon camera well. If not then you can always purchase a cheap adapter for it.
