“How do you choose between the Canon EOS Rebel T6 or T6i, or another canon camera for that matter. How do I pick the model that is best for me? (when I don't understand all the terms) Please help”

Employees at the Best Buy store told me that the T6i is not mirrorless .Which they told me that a mirror is better than a mirrorless camera .The difference is the T6i has 24 megapixels, the T6 has 18 .The T6i has a swivel back screen, the T6 doesn't .The T6i has Wi-Fi ,the T6 doesn"t .
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I asked that same question today at best buy. Heres what the sales associate told me. The T6i is mirrorless (completely digital.) The T6 has a mirror and is "old school." He told me the T6i is great for indoor and outdoor photos as the other is only good for one (cant remember which lol.) The T6i also has more megapixels. I saw on other comments that the T6i has a moveable touchscreen and the T6i does not. Hope this helps some. Not sure if any of this is accurate. Just trying to help. Im trying to decide on a camera myself :)

You really, really need to visit the camera department of your nearest Best Buy and spend some time talking with the product specialist there. They can answer your questions and show you various models that meet your needs. You can also handle the cameras, and see which features are important to you, and fit your budget. The product specialist can explain which additional items you may also need for the cameras that can be useful any maybe necessary to help you take great photographs.
