does this camera have a pause feature? null

Hello John, I have recently purchased the T8i. So I am still learning its operation. In reference to your question, I can only think of one instance where you would need a Pause which would be during video filming. This camera offers a 'Live View Shooting/Movie' button which switches from viewfinder display to live view display. Recording is possible when the dial on top is set to the 'movie camera' icon. I would assume that once in this mode you could Pause when needed. Hope this helped a little.
