• My printer did come with the ink cartridge. Once the printer was set up it worked perfectly. No complaints about it at all.

• The cartridge was there but it did not print a single page properly. I know it is a starter cartridge but it should still print a few hundred pages. The first page was very faint. Either it is an empty cartridge or the printer is faulty. I am returning it because the GeekSquad support people only returned generic automated answers when contacted.
