Absolutely --- All you need is a ap program, maybe from Microsoft word or something like that. Once I had the set up (it will take a few tries to get the exact desired position), I saved it to my files, I saved my return address and left an "X" where the mailing address starts and saved it that way. Then whenever I open the file, all I have to do is copy or type in a new mailing address to it and print it out. When you close the file, select "Don't Save" and your envelope will be saved as it originally was, with the return address and the "X" for the mailing address position, which of course can be modified any time you wish, either just for the current envelope or permanently for all future envelopes. The slides in the feeder tray are adjustable from 11" wide, down to 6 3/4 envelope size. --- Hope this info helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not used it for envelopes, but the User Guide shows how to load envelopes, so I would believe it's safe to say that it does.
