That's a tough question to answer because, being a tech guy, I looked through the models very closely for what I wanted: fax, scanner, and printer with very specific features of black and white laser, double sided printing, faxing, and copying and network. The most common feature that is missing from similar models, I have noticed, is fax capability. So if faxing is important to you, read carefully.
