“This program will not allow me to ask the whole question. Can't finish setting up the replenish program. It wants to keep adding on the printer and charge me for ordering the ink w/o the 10% discount. WHY? Do I need to return this printer as I did before”

Yes, you should return it.. could me a manufacturer defect

It did the same for me so I decided to just disregard Easy Replenish--saw many bad reviews, and just ordered directly. Not worth the headache.

Yes: this may be too much of a problem upgrade to better model

I do not need to replace my printer, it works fine, I purchased the required ink for my printer
