No, this printer is used and abused by our end users who take it out in the field with them and they have a long lasting life, much like the iP90 and iP100.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We have been using 2 of them for our business since April. They are riding around every day in work trucks in a rural area in the Midwest with a good amount of dust and other weather conditions. We have not had any issues with them yet.

Please try again later.I have had two of these models for over 2 years, they travel well in my truck and printing 1 to 1-1/2 reams of paper a week for invoices and estimates. Get the extended warranty if you want coverage but never had any service problems other than a full ink well (expected) and they are much lighter than the hp’s They replaced.
