Yes. Use rear tray instead of main bottom tray for thick paper to avoid paper jams.

Yes I’ve been using glossy paper, no ink lines, good quality.

No, this item does not print on card stock.

I wouldn't count on it. I have replaced both ink cartridges and still it prints smudged no matter what settings I use. Printing with photo quality settings on cheap paper seems to be the best combo, but still smudgy. I have the extended warranty on it so I will be returning it for another one in hopes that the one I have is a fluke.
