“I am trying to install my new Canon Pixma G6020 printer to my laptop, but the display screen on the printer is not letting me get past the language setup of English. I keep hitting the OK button but it does not take me to the next prompt. Why is this?”

Have you opened the display screen? It tilts out and printer will not function if its still in the flush position even though it seems the printer has powered on. if not that, I don't know.

To print on photo paper you use the rear tray I tapped ok when the option appeared on the printer screen but it kept defaulting to the bottom tray . I ended overriding it through by laptop. I got the Canon because of the great photo printing but it’s a huge pain in the xxx to set it up to do so. My HP was much more simpler but the photo quality was not as good.
