“I've had this item for about 3 wks, I've never been able to get it to connect Wi-Fi & today it want work! It'll power on but NOTHING ELSE! I tried returning it but I don't have receipt or box :-( could someone may be help??”

Call Canon customer service 800 652 2666, they are excellent and will walk you through every step. Quit beating your brains out!
