“To reduce or enlarge a scan to print can the percentage number be entered or does a + / - need to be entered repeatedly until the desired number is reached? Thanks.”

You can change the setting. You can magnify up to 400 times the org size, but it's not really a number or size, it's more like guess work. If you need to change the size on a regular basis to an exact size this might not work for you. Get a in store demo to see if you can work with this printer
