• The unit comes with 5 cartridges to start with. For replacements, suggest logging into LD Products, Inc. web site. (They located in Long Beach CA). Once on the site search for this printer model number and see the excellent compatible replacement cartridges they offer. There prices are excellent, and offer quick delivery by mail to your home, office or PO Box. I've used them for several years and service is excellent and no concerns with cartridges either.

• This uses individual Canon ink cartridges (number 250-251) for each color. There are several purchasing options (multi-pack that contains all colors, single packs of individual colors, etc.) which affect the total cost.
